An homage to the beer of an ancient era, beers that are still brewed that same way in Belgium today. This beer is inspired by those of old, an attempt at remembering concepts learned before in another life. Brewed untraditionally [seeing as we make our beer in California] yet still using the method of blending one-, two-, and three-year-old barrels together. Each barrel adding something different to the blend, and in the end creating something greater than the sum of its parts.
