Production Notes: Our new dry hopped saison was brewed with both malted and flaked rye in the grist give the beer depth and body. We dry hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, a classic German noble hop, and with Nelson Sauvin, a newer variety from New Zealand, blending the earthy/herbal/spice character with bright white fruits and flowers.
