Foudre Aged Sour Ale with Peaches, Black Tea, Ginger Root & Nectarine.
A blend of sour golden ale, solera aged in oak foudres for an average of 9 months and again on peach pomace for another two months. We infused it with Nilgiri & Assam black teas, ginger root and nectarine from our friends at Steven Smith Teamaker.
